What Is the Best Method of Responding?

Every Muslim, the Muslims, every nation should come together and discuss amongst themselves what is going to be the best wording. It's not a blanket statement because as I said, all of this goes back to the Islamic notion of prose and cons. The level of outrage and the words that are used will vary from incident to incident. Verbally, protests or economic boycotts may also be considered.
