Do We Deprecate the Stad Library?

There are no specific plans right now, outside of this pep, of deprecating and removing anything else from the star library. Some people hve talked about keeping as is, but separating the development process so it's actually an externally maintained thing. But fat ally, i am not willing to say anyt never say never.
