The Importance of Being a Nice Photographer
I look back at photographers, especially during the 60s. I mean, there's not very many people I could think of. No, you know, I have an act for being the right place, right time. Life Magazine put me on a riot retainer so they knew that the long haul someone was coming up. So why do I want to do something that's going to make somebody else angry and me put a bad light on me? It's been wonderful. And I've been blessed.
