The Importance of Tracking Progress Over Time
A metcon adaptation is kind of like its own thing, right? Because there's always this debate of, Oh, well, if I need to get more aerobically fit, can I just lift weights faster? Yeah. Kind of you just get a different thing in my opinion. Is it hard? yes. Do you burn a lot of calories? Yes. Do you see some increase in aerobic? Yes. The hard part is if you're not trained in that area and you don't already have a high VO2 max or a high aerobic base, I've seen that just absolutely crispy people super fast.
