Is There a Difference Between Success and Failure?

I think that there have been more stories out there now than there were even five years ago, of people who have hit it big out the gate. I don't know whether that's a good thing or not. But i my showing them what it would take to sor of get to that point. And so i think my job, in some ways, is to is to retain optimism,. but at the same time, you'nl let them know that haylick if it doesn't happen right away.
