I see a big trind of people investing in one on one coaching, just like you've offered my so i i feel lik, i feel like it was more of mintoring in the past. But even we have all o these sale trainers, they've been stuck over coved aand e're like, ok, what am i going to do over coved and isvenino creating virtual programes? And i feel it coaching, external coaching, external one on ones, even outside of a mintoring, even more formal coaching is becoming a lot more common interested y it should be. It's really easy to outgrow your company, your manager, you're even your mentors.
