i think it's ridiculous to say that nobody can lose fat and keep it off, is because i think people are just doing it the wrong way. Whenever we deprive ourselves of too many nutrients, our body is going to make us a eat. If you try to not have carbs at your lunch, you're going to have sugar cravings later. And especially as an athlete, because we're using so many carbs in our exercise we need them.
