The Return of Keynesianism

Some argue that we've reached the frontier of technological advance and there isn't a higher productivity growth because everything has been invented. I think it's clear that the reasons for this lack of investment are structural, that they're grounded in massive overproduction which isn't going to be fixed by investing more. But Keynesianism has always been its inability to think about structural causes for low rates of investment. And states have actually just been encouraging capitalists to invest and trying to do everything they can, screwing workers as much as possible.
