Introduction
This is episode six hundred and seven of the AWS podcast released on July 27th, 2023. We're going to be talking about Amazon verified permissions, which is now generally available. The way it does it is it models these permissions as policies that are centrally stored in the services central policy store. Now, whenever a user takes an action in the application, the application checks whether their access is authorized or not.
