The Value of Working With External Firms
I've never seen that because it shows continuity of thinking yeah which is very rare among CEOs. Indra when she was working on design previously she had outsourced some of it she had other companies work on it so she initially spoke to Steve Jobs real life design is important work with some outside companies and then realize she has to bring this in house. I see so many companies today they'll say something is central to their survival but they don't build first the capability and second the philosophy in house.
