Turkey Backs Sweden's NATO Membership
NATO officials are currently working on an agreement on a wording of a communique that will be issued at the two-day NATO summit in Vilnius. Ukraine has never been given a timeline or a concrete roadmap toward membership. Ukrainian entry into NATO is a major red line for Russia, so any new commitments will serve to prolong the war.
