The overall experience of lower income americans during the pandemic has been a far cry from that of whites and those with higher income. The same uncertainties exist as were present last year, except that the recession and ending of the bull market have come and gone. With capital available, we were able to act affirmatively, king up bargains when their availability piqued in march.
