How Did You Get to Etthie?

When ethie was 23, she quit her job as a bartender to open the world's largest venu. After two and a half years of running his own business, Ethie had no time to make meals for herself. So he asked a friend who is a chef if he could cook him dinner every day. The restaurant opened its doors in July 2013 with more than 4,000 people waiting on parking lines. It has since become one of Canada's most popular restaurants.
