Tahiku Media was born out of legislation to give Maori the indigenous people of Altairoa space on the airwaves. Since then Tahiku has moved into terrestrial television, you know, bunny years sort of TV broadcasting and that was through public broadcasting as well. The transition started around 2012 when we had this big digital switch over. But in doing that, we're going to have to turn off our old sort of bunny year TV that sort of, they call it, I think, white space frequencies.
