The Importance of Border Security

I sat down with the transition team three separate times to discuss the issues that we face on the border. We even stayed within the parameters that Biden gave up on the campaign trail. And they still rejected it, which clearly showed to me that they didn't care about securing the border. They are pandering to open border activists. All of the political appointees in the West Wing, they come from activist backgrounds. So now you have activists that are running legitimate law enforcement agencies. That's what border security is all about. We've got to keep the American people safe.
