I think the clear answer is like, okay, like to say a lot of these things are on decline on their own. So you know, maybe the institution as a whole is not performing that well, but in the short term, it's certainly necessary. I think there are some harmful things when we look at COVID and let's say how the CDC and the FDA responded. And in that sense, it certainly needs to be lit on fire. But in other cases, I don't want to leave out the possibility of reform.
