The knee is primarily saggle it's got a little bit of rotation not much so at the end of the day if you're unstable through the foot that knee becomes the torque converter of what those two guys maybe can't uh decelerate. To me it's really important that you you have a program that is is has the eccentric control in the weight room the eccentric control on the movement side, he says.
