The Effect of Fasting on Keytones in the Blood

In people who are relatively sedentary, it typically take something like 12 hours to deplete their liver glucos stores and trigger the production of keytones. The two cetones that are produced are beta hydrox buterate and cedo acetate. And those cetones then are released into the blood from the liver cells, and their circulated throughout the body and up and into the brain.
