The Cambrian Explosion - What We Know About Aurora Lumina

The discovery of arora lumina is so important because it's an animal we know has direct living descendants. The cambrian riod is slightly younger than the ediaceran period. So if you went snorkling during the cambrine explosion, you'd be able to recognize most of the things that you saw. But these things have lost anatomical blueprints. They haven't made it to the present day. And we know that they don't have any direct living descendants either.
