How to Lead a Worship Team
Chris is challenging all of us pastors on a pastor's podcast to go back through our iTunes and survey what music we're listening to. How involved are you with what the worship team is doing and leading either now or maybe in the earlier days when maybe it's a little bit different? Because I do find sometimes we let these young guys just kind of run. But they're creatives. They're artistic. They're melancholy. They're very worthy in their art. And sometimes just simplicity is what I'm looking for.
