Engaging Stakeholders in Your Product Planning Process

I like to engage my stakeholders by looking at their product roadmap and then creating a research roadmap that reflects how I could best help them in those upcoming projects. So after you do that planning, when projects are kind of coming in, I start engaging people right from the start. The other one is having an open door policy to interviews. Everybody and anybody can come to the interview. They can even ask questions at the end to me, though, not directly to the user. That's a really great way to engage stakeholders in your process.
