How I Gained Weight in a Short Time

I noticed that my face started getting bigger. I don't know if it's like marshmallow man. It was this the first place I gained weight. My mood really changing, like just not feeling happy about life and one night I'd just seen a chick voice damage. And I had a terrible pain in my side. But thankfully, my parents just didn't feel right about what was going on so they asked me to see another doctor. He said that I had appendicitis was pretty much 100% sure and that I would need to have emergency surgery immediately.
