This is someone who, cavalierly and jocularly, they're asking, is more than willing to give up the crown jewel. National security, classified document. It's not even clear he has, and it doesn't really matter. They're not charging him with dissemination, but it's nevertheless such a piece of his character. I can tell you right now, I have national secrets, but if I don't, then it's not a crime. That wouldn't be a crime, but it would still be really solid evidence of the crime with which he's charged.
