When we are stressed or compromised, we are very much kind of an auto pilot with a lot of the thoughts that come up. So in that situation, what we can do is separate from the content of the thought and just look at the medium - like name it. For anybody who has anxiety or worry, two super basic tools that i think are really helpful refreshers for you: naming and planning. The next tool is called choose the good thoughts.
