The Future of Space and Military Technology
At the beginning, this idea that space represented a strategic dimension in terms of being the ultimate high ground was very prominent. There's increasing concern about nuclear competition between the US and China with China modernizing its nuclear arsenal beyond basic second strike capability. The prospect of a more unstable even tri-polar nuclear order would I think force a completely different kind of thinking about space and military technology.
