The Loneliness of Leadership

Leaders are often among the loneliest people in the room. Paul emphasizes this when he says to Timothy, do your best to come to be with me. Sometimes as a leader you will wonder if you're right. Other people who are near you can help you know that. Loneliness is normal even for those in high profiles of responsibility.
