i think that there's is really underappreciated, the strategy of telling tea members in advance exactly what's coming up in a meeting. I have been mentioning a few times in this podcass only, and certainly our unicorn sity members are sick of me saying this, but you know, the two characteristics that are most associated with leadership were self awareness and learning agility.
