Buy Back Stock - It Makes a Good Investment
If a company is buying back stock, i think of it as very similar to if you had just bought more shares. So the cutcat company's cash goes down, and because they buy back stock, your percentage ownership goes up. When you just got to think about bybacks, they're just making an investment. They're just buying stock. It just happens to be their own stock. But think about it, thei'r buying another company's stock, you want them to buy the stock cheap so that they get a a good deal for it....
