Do You Think Reversing Row Will Open the Door to a National Recognition of Fetal Personhood?
The supreme court ruling doesn't recognize fetal personhood. But some legal scholars believe that it opens the door for laws that do so. This thinking will also affect the way that women are treated during pregnancy. The eventual consequence could be that a doctor has to consider questions like, is she sick enough? Will i be prosecuted if iave bought this foetus to probably save the life of the mother?
