Tiny houses are less square foot and they're more expensive. You can easily spend $100,000 or more on a tiny house. An equivalent mobile home with more square footage with more space can be much less. If you legally want a park in somewhere, then you're going to have to approach one of these RV parks and see if they're allowed.
