Bringing Kindness and Emotions Into Your Work

I started these, this presentation talking about kindness and emotion so I just wanted to define them really quickly. Based on the dictionary kindness is defined as quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. And emotion is defined as a natural instinctive state of mind, which can derive from circumstances mood relationships with other people and so on. My perspective is that they're pretty intertwined. You can start with kindness or think about kindness as a foundation, or kind of like the base of the framework. If it was.
