Is It a Myoclone?
The disease can actually, if you don't catch it early enough, progress to insephalitus. Once we knew about it, then we saw probably four cases the next year. So it's out there, and usually not associated with the cancer. Many of these patients have hyponatrema, and they usually have normal ssf. They can have some findings on emory, but usually it's normal.
