Is the US Doing It?

The economic argument that the US did it is extremely strong. If you look at it from cynically from a business point of view, that's totally compelling. The only thing that could possibly screw that up would be if we went and blew up something in Germany and made them, they gave,. who was our friend here? And we did it. But then of course that assumes that, which is a, another bad assumption of this war that people are practical and don't do stupid things. I think we've learned that they are not.
