i'm not inclined to believe that you can train people to debias themselves. I think it's probably much easier, at least it could be feasible to train people to detect biases in other people thinking. An observer with less stake in the thinking, and less involved in the process of generating the mistake, may be more likely to discover it. So developing critical thinking, not in the sense of criticising yourself, but in the sense of criticizing other people is a good way to go. At least that's the way i would be inclined to go at the moment....
