How to Form a New Habit
The concept is called habit stacking, appropriately enough. The idea is that if there's something in your life that's already a habit, then you tie a new habit that you want to develop on to that. A big habit for me, we alredy talked about some of the other ones before that i used to deal with anxiety. But i think laughter is a big one, and i think you should try to do something that causes you to laugh every day.
