June of 2022 is when their lock up expires. Why do you think that's the timing for a sale? Because there are plenty firms out there with big private equity owners who kind of don't have a lock up, but they also know you can't get out of a big position without crushing the stock. The story could easily be that they sell the business in two years or two and a half years,. I just say that the June date as a first potential sort of date where transaction could possibly be announced. And then we're going to go to business fundamentals.
