The body is very capable of carrying that heat away and dissipating it via sweat evaporation or temperature equalization. So I think certainly there can be a tiny temperature variation, but I doubt very seriously that it's enough to cause a significant problem. We've done a lot of work on developing a system for stimulating the spinal cord itself. It should be possible to reconnect the brain to the body in that way.
