Restricting Contributions to SQLite
When it came to restricting contributions, I think it was honestly having the vision and just knowing exactly how I wanted to do it. And sometimes you need help in other ways. You need people to have a lot of context, especially like with low level file system interactions. Having people that have consistently contributed to docs is probably a good way to figure out if someone's kind of will be around for a while. Or if they're just going to kind of drive by and then disappear.
