The races that you're excited about prioritize two or three as a races. And those should be four to five months apart in order to give yourself time to appropriately sequence that work. For each of those four or five month chunks gearing up for the A race then the question becomes what's my training focus? What am I going to incrementally work on in this block of training to ultimately build towards the goal?"
