Texas Road Diets Are Anti-Trucking

CNN's John Sutter attended the Texas Tribune Festival. He says he found some of the panelists saying things that were kind of crazy. There was a hearing last session to allow some of the state highway fund to be used on transit, but there was huge opposition. To him, it smacks at a socialistic attempt to get me out of my vehicle. The show notes that highways are not free, they are extremely expensive.
