Ask your employer to prepare by thinking about the topics that they'd like to discuss. A really good role for you in this one i one, is for you to coach them and help them solve their own problems. You can tell them straight up that you think it's a good idea to do career coaching now and again. Here are some questions you can ask: Do you have a sense of where you'd to go in your career in the next few steps? Are you having any problems working things out with any co worker? And do you need my help? What suggestions do you have for me?
