When I Don't Want To, I Want to Stay Present for You, Right?

When you are not there for me or you didn't complete that task that I asked you to do, I realized that I am feeling really uncared for and unworthy. EFT therapy says, ask, have the person then the person who's been triggered, ask for what they need. You may not be able to do that then because it just we are human beings and we're filled with emotion. We can't help what we feel, but we can help what we do with it.
