Argentine and Iron Joining the Bricks?

Bricks doesn't have an institutional framework in the way that nato or the e u. Or even the shanghaiko operation organization does. So i don't really know how the process for argentina and iron joining the bricks would go. It is also worth noting that this idea of expanding the bricks, it's not novel. This is up before. Argentina in particular, has expressed interest in enjoining in the past.
