When does the father stop being the father, right? And what is the father providing? Right? I think there's an experiential piece of love in there that a father still needs to be responsible for. The company man has perhaps come to believe that he is the provider rather than a vessel through which the archetype may work. Not the heart of this folly lies a deep filthfulness and a compulsive assertion of the illusion of control.
