Machine Learning for Predictive Labor Yield

The use case for this could be predictive labor yield. So we would just have it run once a day and flag, let's say a date before if we expect employee X will be out of the time box. The first step that I always take is try to see is there a solution that we can automatically create without actually having to train something. It might even be adequate to think of sort of a deterministic system and look for patterns.
