How to Reduce Loneliness

If you find yourself being lonely keeping busy is a good way to distract yourself from that. There are other things that you can do beyond that as well so you might want to think about the places where you do have a sense of belonging, such as football ground place of worship or favorite beach. A last point to mention is that you might think for example about getting a pet - there's also some research on the role that pets can play in reducing their needs.
