When I go into an Apple store, I experience now the person coming up to me maybe, you know, may have half their head shaved. It's almost like their religious zealots. Their eyes start spinning counterclockwise because they're in a place of passion and inspiration about the quality of what they represent. They're there as a personal form of, in a way, religion that they are representing something so valuable you really can't be without it. That level of zealotry for an organization's value proposition is all the difference in interfacing with consumers who are increasingly faced with impersonal indifference.
