Managing Up Is a Very Important Part of Product Management

I'm kind of a very outspoke like extra virtual person so like their cultural clashes there are I guess like like personal differences basically. If you don't tell them exactly what they want they might build something else right especially in the PIDs. You can see people much better just telling them what is wrong but you still have to give people feedback and sometimes for their situations where you just have to make hard quotes right.
