Should Universities Pay Taxes?
Question from colin slowey, who lives in a college town in texas. He says that developers are doing a lot of work on neighborhoods and changing them from single family housing to group homes forstudents. What can be done to address this issue that doesn't involve things like rigid zoning requirements or like nimb neighborhood associations? We should embrace the fact that there's a university therea. And i suspect one reasons why co lives in this place is because he likes the university.
