How to Lighten the Load of People in Your Organization?

Wendy: I think Adam talks about demand, control and support. And demand is really about making structural changes that lighten the load on the person doing the job or redistributing tasks. So just identify the elements of the role that deplete them, right? They might energize somebody else, but what's depleting you and then reduce those, right? How can you become more efficient and do your time and have software or something like that do the work for you? Can I add one thing to that, Wendy? Yeah. For some people, you need to make sure that you're driving even more forward now if they're lightening some of the back end load.
